IPCC Omits the Positive Side of Global Warming

Every day another IPCC crack appears as the WSJ reports on a paper by British Geographer Nigel Amell which speculates that while some areas would experience more water stress under the climate models ,others would receive more water and the nett prediction was for less of the world's population to be water stressed. The IPCC in it's Summary for Policymakers, surprise surprise, went with the increased water stress angle as part of their propaganda and ignored the rest.
On the subject of selective climateering, it's worth noting that Mr. Arnell's 22-page paper is rife with caveats and uncertainties, and the results are highly dependent on the assumptions one adopts—as witnessed by the wide ranges of his estimates
It does not sound like "settled science" to me!
