Virginia Joins Texas in Opposition to EPA

The Virginia Attorney General with the support of the Governor Cuccinelli has filed a petition asking the EPA to reconsider the Endangerment finding and also with the Federal Appeals Court seeking a review.
The moves signal a major shift in Virginia's approach to climate change.A commission appointed by previous Gov. Timothy M. Kaine, a Democrat, found that global warming could spread disease in Virginia, threaten coastal areas and imperil native animals such as crabs.

This change of heart and the exposure of dodgy science to the court system will be music to the ears of skeptics. The major argument of the EPA is their Appeal to Authority namely the IPCC  which is looking very shaky at the moment and would have difficulty in a fair court. It will be interesting to see what other states do because if the Global Warming scam is defeated in the US the world will follow .
In breaking news Peabody ,the world's largest private coal company has also filed a petition with the US Court of Appeals on the EPA ruling and objections have been raised by the US Chamber of Commerce andthe National Mining Association
