Oxburgh Inquiry - No Scientific Malpractice- I See Nothing!!!

Oxburgh and Sergeant Schultz of Hogan's Heroes have a lot in common including selective myopia when examining evidence contrary to the Global Warming doctrine.

The BBC reports :
There was no scientific malpractice at the research unit at the centre of the "Climategate" affair, an independent panel has concluded.

The panel, chaired by Lord Oxburgh, was convened to examine the conclusions of research published by the unit.
It began its review after hacked e-mails from CRU scientists were published on the web.
The panel said it might be helpful if researchers worked more closely with professional statisticians.

So everything the CRU chappies did was fine but they needed to swot up on stats a bit. Maybe Phil should stay after school a few times to catch up.

The chair has also been challenged over his other interests. Lord Oxburgh is currently president of the Carbon Capture and Storage Association and chairman of wind energy firm Falck Renewables.

Can't see too much wrong with that - it is not as if he had a conflict of interest and was involved in global warming related businesses.
No sceptical witnesses involved in the emails were called as it was not necessary - Phil could fill in the details.
This conduct of this inquiry can be held up as a impossibly high standard for all climate scientists to try to attain so the people can have complete confidence in their probity.
