Some parts of oceans getting saltier!

The huge list of things caused by global warming has a new entry - saltier oceans! Of course the misleading headline does not say that other parts of the ocean are getting fresher or that these shattering conclusions have been made using Argo oceanic sensor data over a period when the oceans have been cooling!
Salinity variations across the oceans are not new but like everything from acne to nocturnal emissions they  are now attributed to global warming!

  1. Senior Researcher Paul Durrack, if quoted correctly, has left behind his scientific role and joined the soothsays. Why? Well instead of attributing the changes to climate change (which happens all the time) he is using the idiom of "Global warming" to sell his research findings. I have a feeling that most people who have gone to school know that if you heat salty water the evaporation would increase the salinity of the residual water? Paul gets paid for this 'new' finding! And it is promulgated under the CSIRO banner - once an admired and respected institution. Seems that Politics and Lies rule the world these days. It is difficult to sieve out the truth - everywhere!
