"It doesn't matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn't matter how smart you are. If it doesn't agree with experiment, it's wrong." Richard P. Feynman

Excuses,excuses and more excuses.

Because even visually handicapped Frederick can now see that the climate model predictions are bullsh*t we are seeing a range of excuses for their failure ignoring the obvious one! These excuses are immediately being treated as gospel akin to the Laws of Gravity  by the Unscientific American and other such rags and then broadcast through the MSM gaining more and more veracity in the retelling. The latest one is that the Global warming is actually happening but we can't measure it because the nasty Chinese are emitting sulphur dioxide in copious quantities .
Despite significant pyrotechnics and air travel disruption last year, the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull simply didn't put that many aerosols into the stratosphere. In contrast, the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991, put 10 cubic kilometers of ash, gas and other materials into the sky, and cooled the planet for a year. Now, research suggests that for the past decade, such stratospheric aerosols—injected into the atmosphere by either recent volcanic eruptions or human activities such as coal burning—are slowing down global warming.
This follows the news that the sea level is rising but we can't measure it properly because the earth is changing shape so we have to add a phantom adjustment so we are still all properly frightened out of our wits!
Basically the computer models are always correct - it is the real world that is getting it wrong!
